Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 100% money back return guarantee within the first 14 days of purchase. For more info, check out our return policy page!

Q: What do you mean “top grade” tea? What makes a tea “top grade”?

A: Top grade refers to the quality of the individual tea leaf. The best quality Sencha leaves grow at the top of the plant because it receives the most sunlight. The more exposure to sunlight means more nutrients for you. We only use premium quality leaves to ensure that SenchaFit teas are nutrient packed! For more info check out “Our Sencha” page.

Q: Is SenchaFit is a powder or loose leaf tea?

A: SenchaFit is a powdered tea. When you drink a tea powder, you’re getting a richer, more intense flavor and you’re consuming the entire tea leaf. This means you’re getting the benefit of 100% of the nutrients, anti-oxidants, and metabolism boosting EGCGs that Sencha tea has to offer. Why stop at just a few nutrients when you can have all of Sencha’s power? For more info on Sencha tea powder, check out “Our Sencha” page.

Q: Sencha? Don’t you mean Matcha?

We mean Sencha! We are Sencha specialists and for good reason! Sencha tea and Matcha tea are both types of green teas but there are some big differences that give the nutritional edge to Sencha tea. Sencha is “fully sun grown,” which means that Sencha tea leaves spend their entire growing cycle in full sunlight, while Matcha is partially shade grown. This added sunlight in the Sencha growth cycle produces a higher value of vitamins, antioxidants, and most importantly EGCGs (epigallocatechin gallate). Check out our product info page for more information!

Q: Is SenchaFit a “detox” or “cleanse”?

A: No and we like it that way! Sencha tea is a healthy choice as it contains some of the highest antioxidant counts of any green tea as the leaves are grown in full sunlight with no shade covering until their harvest. SenchaFit is a great addition to a healthy lifestyle. We at SenchaFit believe in good health for life, not just for as long as the program lasts.

Q: What are EGCGs (epigallocatechin gallate)?

A: EGCGs are a type of antioxidant called a “catechin” and are found in green tea and some other plant based food products. Sencha tea contains one of the highest concentrations of EGCGs of all plant based foods. Scientific studies have linked a number of potential benefits to EGCGs including an increase in metabolism and resting calorie burn, among many other benefits.
